Facility Rental Rates 

Lodging & Meals*

• Lodging:
  • Lodge Rooms (twin-long beds & en suite bathroom): $100/night/room, one- to four-person occupancy.
  • Historic Studio (2 br. / 2 bath stand alone lakeside cottage with kitchen, fireside living room, and dining area): $175/night.
• Meals: $59/day/person ($12 continental breakfast, $18 lunch, $29 dinner).
  • All meals served buffet style.
  • We accommodate dietary allergies/restrictions and/or special needs upon request.
• Group Luncheons (for parties of 10 or more):
  • $26/person
  • Includes lunch, meeting space, coffee, and water.

Day Use Rates

• $1,500/day for all public areas of lodge.
• Individual Rooms:
  • Large Seminar Room (Vail Hall)
    performance hall, catering kitchen, A/V equipped, 165 capacity
    • $200 for first two hours; $50/hr. for each additional hour
    • $500 for full day use
  • Medium Seminar Room (Lakeside or North)
    Mini-fridge, A/V equipped, 65-70 capacity
    • $100 for first two hours; $25/hr. for each additional hour
    • $275 for full day use
  • Small Multi-Purpose Room (Upstairs Space)
    A/V equipped
    • $60 for first two hour; $15/hr. for each additional hour
    • $150 for full day use
• Boynton Chapel and adjacent lawn
  • $600 for first two hours; $150 for each additional hour
  • $1,500 for full day use
• Boynton Garden
  • $150 for first two hours; $50/hr. for each additional hour
  • $500 for full day use

• $600 for a two-hour event (weddings, baptisms, services, etc.).
• $5/person for individual tours
  • Public hours: 1-4pm Mon. & Wed. June – August, or by appointment.
