What’s your favorite place to eat or grab coffee in Appleton?
My favorite place to eat lunch in downtown Appleton is Copper Rock Coffee Company! In addition to coffee, they have sandwiches, salads, bakery items, and cute merchandise you can buy. I love bringing my book to Copper Rock, grabbing a seat in the couches that overlook College Avenue, and enjoying my chai latte.
What’s your favorite season on campus?
Even though I don’t care for the cold in winter, I LOVE how the trees on campus look after a snowfall! Our Main Hall Green is the perfect place to get a beautiful photo of the snowflakes and icicles hanging off the branches.
