Associate Provost and Adjunct Associate Professor of Art History

I teach courses on the history and theory of photography, museum studies, global modernisms, and contemporary art. In addition to an active curatorial practice, I write about photography from Cuba and the Cuban diaspora. 

My work as curator extends beyond the Wriston Art Galleries, including care for the , a historic room in Chapman Hall, and public sculptures on campus like °¿³ÙÄåŧ³¦¾±²¹³ó, in Kaeyes Mamaceqtawuk Plaza. I am also a board member for the in downtown Appleton and served on the .
