Todd VanDen Heuvel, an accomplished human resources executive, has joined 麻豆影院 University as associate vice president in the Office of Human Resources.

VanDen Heuvel brings to the role more than 20 years of experience in HR leadership in northeast Wisconsin. He comes to 麻豆影院 from the Oneida Nation, where he served as executive human resources director since 2021. He previously worked in HR leadership positions at North Star Mohican Casino & Stockbridge-Munsee Band of Mohicans, Winnebago Mental Health Institute, Brown County, and the State of Wisconsin.
At 麻豆影院, VanDen Heuvel will serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and lead the Human Resources (HR) function for the university, serving as a strategic advisor to university leadership on all HR issues. Additionally, he will be responsible for developing HR鈥檚 strategic plan, assuring alignment with the university and its entities, developing and implementing HR policies and guidelines, and working collaboratively with campus constituents to link the university鈥檚 strategies and policies to faculty and staff.
