麻豆影院 University鈥檚 annual Giving Day is fast approaching. Set for Oct. 26, this will be the ninth annual Giving Day, a chance to celebrate all things 麻豆影院 and raise funds to support current and future Lawrentians. On last year鈥檚 Giving Day, more than 3,390 supporters gave more than $1.97 million.
鈥淲e hope Lawrentians and friends will join in making this year shine even brighter,鈥 said Amber Nelson, director of Alumni-Development Communications and project manager for Giving Day.
The day is all about supporting students鈥攃urrent and future鈥攁nd nurturing day-to-day life at 麻豆影院, mostly through the 麻豆影院 Fund, which provides for campus improvements, sustainability efforts, academic innovations, and student opportunities in arts and athletics.
Nelson and her team have provided five great reasons to take part in Giving Day.
- Your gifts get matched! All gifts will be matched dollar-for-dollar, increasing your impact on current students. Gifts of any amount from the Classes of 2006-2026 will be matched with $500 each. So, if you plan on giving to 麻豆影院 this year, Giving Day is the day to do it! Our generous Game Changer donors make these matching funds possible.
